MQ/ ESB knowledge is good to have - Study the current IT landscape and understands Integration touch points• Owns the delivery of the integration mapping documents• Conducts workshops with various application stake holders and come up with the Interface mapping specifications between Oracle EBS, Siebel and other applications.• Participate in the functional and technical design of the integration components• Proactively identify the risk/issues in each of the interface requirements• Should be able to conduct workshops and nail down the mapping issues with various application stakeholders• Understanding of the Order to Cash process – preferably some experience with Oracle EBS and Siebel.• Excellent communications skills – facilitation, presentation and reporting, written, and upper management communication• Strong knowledge of integration concepts• Analytic and planning skills• Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Billing system and integration with various ot -- *Regards* *Supriya* (210) 591-7657 [email protected] www.terminalcontacts.com
