The Senior Business Analyst will participate on a Call Center Project and will be responsible for requirements gathering, creating documentation, and conducting UA testing. In this role, you will be working closely with developers on the project and will function as the Primary Liaison to the senior management group. The Senior Business Analyst must be a strong and effective communicator with excellent documentation skills.
