*Need :Java developer with strong BPM expLocation : Des Moines, IA) (Minneapolis, MN) or (Raleigh, NC)Duration :12-18 months* Interview Process:* Phone* These will be to support the GEM application and work on GEM projects and GEM Next Gen initiative. With these 4 we would be looking for *1 really strong BPM 8.0/8.5 lead person* that can really add value on that Next Gen project rewrite. Ideally we would have 1 person that has a good MQ Series/MQ Workflow background, and the other 2 we are flexible. Of course if they have both BPM and Java that’s great, if they are strong, some of this work will require a lot of web-services interaction, so just strong people in general. Do they need to have any experience with GEM? --- experience with GEM would be rare. This is proprietary application, they would have had to work in my team before to gain this experience.
