Location: 1901 Romence Road, Kalamazoo MI 49002 Duration: 12 Months + Start Date: 9/1/2014 – 8/31/2015 # of Positions: 1 Work Week: 40 Hour Work Week Open Ended Assignment: Yes Type: Contract Position: Informatica BI Developer Our client, a world leader in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry has an opening for an Informatica BI Developer. *Role Description* Responsible for the design, modeling, development and testing of a machine, structure or system. Develops functional requirements. Understands and applies standard engineering principles. Creates simulations and prototypes to evaluate preliminary designs and test how a machine, structure or system operates. Designs and tests components, and integrates components to produce final product. Monitors quality of products and controls the efficiency of processes. Evaluates a design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety. Investigates root causes of failures to maintain quality and recommend improvements. The BI developer develops, tests, and documents BI enterprise solutions which meet business needs. He or she understands user requirements and functional specifications and develops solutions which meet these needs and specifications.
