I have an *Oracle EBS Project Manager* role available with a *FORTUNE 100 Company located in Miami, FL.* This is a *LONG-TERM* *CONTRACT position*, (6+ months with possible extension). This is nd I already have *SEVERAL* candidates working onsite. The key here will be strong Oracle EBS experience specifically in the Financial Modules as well as Strong Project Management experience. We are able to consider candidates with a background in the Oracle *Financials or SCM modules* – they *MUST* have experience with one of the two. Lastly, we are able to consider US citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD holders, and H1B Visa holders - Candidates also *MUST *be able to provide *VERIFIABLE references* (ie: references with LinkedIn profiles or with email address at company domains). *CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO WORK ONSITE Monday – Friday in Miami, FL.* *The position requires the following technical experience:* · Oracle experience is a must · Experience in managing multiple medium (5-10 development team members and 10-15 team members total) projects · Projects managed should have had significant business process impact. · At least 10 years project management experience · Demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing, deployment) for at least 3 projects of 6+ months duration and >$1M total cost. · Experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation, risk management. · Needs little/no direct guidance / supervision on a day-to-day basis *The position requires the following management experience:* · Experience with large and complex development projects, development methodologies, languages, hardware, software, Oracle financials, Oracle ERP, Oracle tools, process mapping and business process re-engineering, business application projects, change control principles and usage would be a big plus. · Very strong influencing skills, ability to effect outcomes without formal authority · Strong business acumen · Solid understanding of accounting principles · PMP certification is a plus · 6 Sigma certification is a plus *Please ONLY send me candidates that fit ALL of these requirements.* In summary, please ONLY send us candidates who have this on their resumes under the clients where they worked it.
