*Job Title: OPT Recruiters / Bench Sales* *Job Location: Work from home* *Job Description* • Candidates who are in US IT Staffing with 1- 2+ years of proven OPT/CPT Hiring experience in a corporate environment. • Strong experience in hiring OPT/F1/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, network, prior database of OPT candidates. • Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for Online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing. • Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. • Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. • Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills. • Should possess Good communication and convincing skills. • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment. • Must be well-versed with immigration process. • Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals. *Salary:* Based upon your experience, best in the industry + Attractive incentives. *Duration:* Full time
