We are looking for resources who are skilled in Biztalk with some .Net skills The Agency is seeking an individual to help support the current ETA (Electronic Title Application) and implementation and development of subsequent enhancements of ETA and ATPS II Dealer Portal by replatforming if necessary, to newer technologies and reengineering the current subsystems, troubleshooting, enhancements, legislative mandates, etc. 2. Updates to system may include, but are not limited to, the following modules in ATPS: - Electronic Title App – Gateway - Electronic Title App - Portal 3. Provide expertise, guidance, support and/or training to DPS developers and/or infrastructure specialists, as needed, in the support of these systems. 4. Work with the ODPS staff to update, patch, and repair ETA software components in the development, test, and QA environments, and develop software changes for promotion to production following best practice and standards as defined by ODPS. Approvals and/or reviews by the engineering board and/or change control board as required. 5. Take corrective action, subject to the ODPS Management approval, to resolve all issues and problems encountered to ensure the application and system performs as required. During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. The ODPS has estimated that it will require one (1) full-time resource to provide up to one thousand seven hundred (1700) hours for Fiscal Year 2015 (FY15), and two thousand (2000) hours in FY16 to complete this work. The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements. PR5 Years of Relevant Experience: 10 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred.
