*Please send Resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* * Position 1:* *Position: Business System Analyst* *Location: * ** *Irving, TX* *Duration: 6 months* *Pay Rate: $40-50/hr all inclusive * *Interview process will be phone interview and then in-person interview.* *Summary: * Responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting the business requirements for internal and external (investor and third party customer) reports associated with all aspects of loan-servicing and loan-portfolio conditions and performance. *Requirements:* · Consults with business, IT and third-party resources to identify and document the business reporting needs. · Identifies and conducts discovery meetings as needed to uncover all details needed to create a complete detailed Business. · Requirements Document (BRD) or Report Requirements Document (RRD) as appropriate. · Conducts sidebar research of data, data sources and destinations, report format preferences, and report delivery options as needed to include in the BRD/RRD. · Analyzes functional requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve systems. · Creates, maintains and manages business description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems, including BRD/RRD and supporting documents, diagrams, data and database specifications, etc. · Assists with development and testing phases of projects as needed. *Required Skills:* · Understanding of Mortgage Servicing systems a must - experience with LSAMS, Fortracs, IVR a big plus. · Experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes and associated Mortgage Lines of Business, 6+ years. · Business Analysis experience, 6+ years. · Experience with the development of Business Process Management, i.e. Workflow · Experience with gathering requirements for reports associated with Investor and Loan Portfolio reporting. · Experience with Mortgage Servicing activities associated with Acquisitions of loan portfolios of all sizes, especially loan-boarding activities. *Position 2:* *Position: RPG Developer* *Location:* ** * Lewisville, TX* *Duration: 6 months+* *Pay Rate: $65-75/hr all inclusive * *Interview process will be phone interview and then in-person interview.* *Summary: * The RPG ILE/DBE (Database Engineer) Developer provides application and database architecture and design, and maintenance for Loan Servicing Projects. They will also participate in discovery sessions with members of the user community to diagnose problems and/or to gain a better understanding or requested enhancements. They will also document business requirements and translate them into technical designs. *Responsibilities:* · Application development and maintenance to existing systems on a variety of technical platforms. · Participate in systems design sessions with users and business analysts to develop complete specifications that consider impacts to all application systems and databases. · Assist the application support desk team in troubleshooting and resolving application system errors. · Participate in programmer on call rotation during and after business hours. · Identifies and pursues opportunities associated with new and evolving technologies and their ability to impact the business. · Maintains a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business with a focus on quality and customer service. · Ability to work in a team environment, and communicate in a positive manner to team members, peers, customers, and external vendor · Provide regular time tracking and project feedback data as requested. *Required Skills:* · 10+ years of programming experience in RPG and CL in an AS/400 environment. · 5-7 years of Systems integration, AS400 systems and security support, SQL, DB2 database concepts. · Demonstrated knowledge and use of all aspects of ILE. · Fluent with creation and use of binding directories, binder source, prototypes, prototype interfaces, private and public procedures, appropriate activation group usage, service programs, and linear modules. · Strong DB2 for i database experience. · Fluent in all aspects of DB2 and i SQL (DDL, DML, PSM). Strong understanding of data centric architecture, design, programming, performance, and VLDB. · Software/DB modernization, analysis, design, and construction. Utilization of modern DB, modular, and OO concepts and patterns. · RPG III/IV/ILE/400/FREE/Imbedded SQL, Procedures, Service Programs, Linear Modules, Unit of Work and Commitment/Transaction Control · DB2 for i SQL (DDL, DML, PSM, UDT, UDF, UDTF, Triggers, Constraints, Partitioned tables, Isolation levels) · Software/DB modernization, analysis, design, and construction including utilization of modern DB, OO, and modular software concepts and patterns. · Knowledge of CL *Preferred Skills:* · COBOL 400/ILE, FTP, Secured FTP, PGP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, Webservices, UML. · 5+ years of experience in an IT role within Financial Services Industry preferably Mortgage Servicing is preferred. · Experience with LSAMS Servicing System is a plus.
