Areas of Expertise : Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity
Models (SEI-CMM/CMMI)
1 - 2 Years
Additional Skills:
Facilitates gathering of artifacts and data sources / communicates with
Technology Approves RAQ Maturity scores for each function / element Prepares
presentation materials for each function / element initially and quarterly
Engages leadership for challenges and validation of scores Socializes scores
with relevant function / element owners and associated business Gathers
artifacts / data sources in repository Maps data into narratives of associated
functions / elements Identifies potential data gaps and reports them to Process
Lead Initially scores maturity across process / control effectiveness / people
Completes quarterly updates of scores citing variances from projected state
Prior experience with maturity assessments. Ability to review large amounts of
data, aggregate results, and draw thematic observations and conclusions.
