Data Warehouse Senior Analyst Job Type: 6+ Months Contract Location : North Carolina
Develop ETL code to support the translation of data from PeopleSoft to the warehouse Troubleshoot existing issues with the current ETL code Develop ETL code to extract data from a number of other data sources to be integrated into the warehouse Analyze and implement a data validation component to manage the data on a nightly basis Work with the development team to create database “views” Document processes and procedures associated with the work on the project Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing Meet milestones and related effort/time commitments for assigned deliverables and provide work status, including estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals Functional knowledge in in PeopleSoft financials and Human Resources is a plus The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong attention to detail, and strong process improvement skills Must be comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting gears while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all tasks The contractor is expected to work a 40 hour week Monday through Friday (8 Hours per day) or Monday through Thursday (10 hours per day).
