Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education · At least of 10 years of experience in Application development, architecture & design and UML modeling · Knowledge of various technologies such as Java, and or .Net. Experience with Mainframe/ Cobol is also preferred. · Hands on UML and/or Modeling experience using Rational Software Modeler/Architect (RSM/RSA)- A MUST. · Experience with Business Process Modeling. · Extensive knowledge of architectural patterns and implementations. · Effective verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations for all levels of management combined with strong collaboration/influencing ability. · Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). · Knowledge of Healthcare, Insurance, and or Financial services industry.
