Lead* Location:* Harrisburg, PA * Duration :* 6 Months* This will be a full lifecycle position for the functional implementation - candidates MUST display full lifecycle SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION-specific FUNCTIONAL LEAD experience of Peoplesoft HCM, and must display experience with the implementation of Base Benefits, most importantly, as well as Employee & Manager Self Service modules, to be considered for this position The resource in this role will be expected to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, configure the functional modules, work with technical staff on customizations, perform testing, and train users. Strong written and oral communication skills required for candidates to be considered for this position. *Skills Required:* Functional Lead Experience IMPLEMENTING PeopleSoft HCM Systems (should be full end-to-end system implementation - not just new module implementations) Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 - 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM experience with Base Benefits module.
