wireless internet access, broadband Internet, digital television service, 
digital phone, DISH satellite TV, fiber-optic Internet, fiber-optic 
television and computer technical support to residential and business 
customers in 28 states in the United States.
 
JOB REQUIREMENT
·         AT&T wireless (preferred) or other telecom expertise.
·         Testing expertise in end to end business processes supporting 
telecommunications carriers including ordering, provisioning and customer 
care.
·         Candidates should have experience testing telecom carriers and 
applications .
·         Experience with Frontier customer care platforms preferred.
·         Experience with Customer Care applications/process.
·         Experience with carriers(Internet/Phone) Activation 
system/inventory system process.
·         Experience with carriers billing system process.
·         Analysis on the projects.
·         QA with telecom background.
·         Client looking for great analytical and problem solving skills.
·         Should have decent communication skills.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS – 6 to 8 yrs. of experience in the software QA industry.
