Position : BA with Project Management Location: Dodgeville WI Duration : 6 months Hourly rate :$50/hr Required Skills : Project Management,Business Analysis Needs to be willing to move to Dodgeville WI *4-6 years of functional BA Experience* *As an IT Business Analyst professional, you would be responsible for understanding the needs of our business partners and solving business problems. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation of both analytical and technical skills. You would collaborate with other team members in conducting interviews of stakeholders to gather requirements, representing and validating requirements for incorporation into system change plans. You would collaborate with technical designers and systems testers to ensure the requirements are feasible and properly executed. A deep understanding of the process of identifying and clarifying business requirements is desired, as well as innate talents around investigating and organizing business requirements. Your focus will be on a variety of systems, potentially including e-Commerce, Financial, Human Resources, Retail and Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations systems. Responsibilities* *· Leverage best practices (for example, SMART) in the gathering and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for solutions that may span multiple business domains by partnering with business stakeholders and other IT team members.* *· Aid in the creation and evolution of applications, systems and processes toward desired state functionality and architecture through deep understanding of current state and future state processes and architectures.* *· Provide insight and influence to management on how to integrate requirements with current systems and processes.* *· Support solution design and execution through active collaboration with project, design and support teams, facilitate translation of business requirements into system impacts and participate in impact analysis of proposed system changes.* *· Responsibilities may include coordination of minor projects through a framework of planning, coordinating, scheduling, evaluation, communicating and managing work and resources.* *Skills/Requirements* *· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.* *· Knowledge of and experience following industry standard best practices in business analysis.* *· Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups to include planning, presentations and topic moderation.* *· Experience with executive and cross-functional presentations and communication.* *· Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.* *· Experience with e-commerce, marketing, consumer web-facing technologies, financial, HR, supply chain and/or retail systems desired* Thanks & Regards; SAHITYA Astir IT Solutions, Inc.
