ETL/QA Test Lead Length: 8 months Interview- phone/ In person VCI is looking for an experienced Data Test Lead to join their CloverLeaf Project. In this role the Data Test Lead will be a point person to lead and provide direction, expertise, hands on testing, and assist with Data test strategy/approach, in order to assure the quality of the Data that is gathered and stored at VCI. The person should have at least 5 years of extensive experience working with Data, performing Data analysis, understand the nature and function of Data retrieval, Data manipulation, perform Data Queries,Data mapping and a proven background (5+ yrs) in Quality Assurance and testing specifically with Data. Demonstrated Expertise should include: Strong SQL Skills, very solid work experience/ background working specifically within the Data area. Expert in performing complex SQL queries, creating data test scenarios creating tests using sample data, strong knowledge and experience working with Databases (Oracle, Sql, a plus)of Database . Should know the SDLC very well and the testing Life cycle. Should have experience working in the role of Test Lead, and demonstrated experience leading testing efforts and personnel in the testing of Data Projects. Back-end tool experience with Informatica or Data Stage a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proven leadership skills. Business Analyst for QAD's MFG/Pro Location: Holland, MI or Plymouth, MI Length- 6-12+ month Interview- Skype or Phone At least 5 to 7 years of experience in QAD Mfg/pro and related products as techno-functional analyst. Sound understanding of modules like Customer and Supplier Consignment, ECG, Supplier and Customer Release Management – apart from other standard modules. Should have worked in an environment where Mfg/pro interfaces with other applications. Experience in writing up detailed functional requirements . Experience in writing test specs , performing Business process testing, User acceptance testing and documenting impact analysis. Strong Analytical and presentation skills. Able to independently work on various assignments. Able to collaborate with various teams to collect data / information and carry out assigned tasks.
