Performance tester—moving fast Location: Nashville,TN Requirements (main thing to focus on is really just LoadRunner) : Experience with HP LoadRunner (doesn't have to be EXPERT, but definitely needs to be very good with it) Experience with HP QualityCenter Experience with any of the following testing toolsets: HP Performance Center, HP QTP, HP ALM (will be used for defect tracking, etc. for manual testing) Automation knowledge Understanding of key performance indicators for performance tests Ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of applications and articulate test result impacts with stakeholders Nice to Haves (performance tester definitely does NOT need these, only a plus) Sprinter Business Process Testing Mobile Device Testing Tester may be involved in any of these steps: Creating test scripts supporting Unit Testing Integration testing UAT Support Manual Regression testing They would like someone who can look at existing test cases and help determine: quality, value and whether they are even needed.
