We desperately need good Automation Leads Try for native Americans if you can find them Otherwise good speaking candidates Also go for maximum experience We can go as high as $DOE/hr to find the right candidate Responsibilities • Testing software with maximum efficiency across multiple contexts (desktop, server, web, mobile) • Participating in the design and architecture of solutions across the full technology stack with a specific focus on quality • Utilizing best of breed technologies and methodologies for test automation • Participating in and helping evolve Agile SDLC process • Working closely with product team to understand features and our software Engineering and Dev Ops teams to test, deploy and support the platform • Operating in a low ego, collaborative environment Relevant Skills • Best, Bright test engineer • Strong test engineering mindset • Good problem solving skills • Desire to learn and unparalleled drive to deliver • Understanding deep and complex technical and business problems and can craft test around them • Demonstrate ability to break down business problems into a comprehensive set of repeatable test cases • Experience hand coding automated test cases using modern testing tools or languages • Experience managing test environments • Can decipher log files to determine why software is not behaving correctly and track down possible reasons to the code level • Tools; Jira or similar issue tracking tool, test management tool (Zephyr or Quality center), source code control (cvs, svn or git), *nix command line and scripting, SQL • Agile methodologies: Scrum, XP, Kanban, TDD/BDD • Trading platform experience – nice to have • Banking/Financial experience – nice to have Thanks & Regards; SAHITYA Astir IT Solutions, Inc.
