Position : Database Analyst Location : San Dimas CA Duration :6 months Hourly rate: $50/hr Client : ADP VMS Express Face to face interview required: Yes Candidates must be local : Yes Required Skills : PL/SQL Must be local to Los Angeles Excellent communication required • Team is migrating from MS Access to Oracle databases, so they need someone who has done some sort of data migration and can design and build reports using complex database structures. • Designs and builds reports using complex database structures. • Develops strategies for automated data loads, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. • Supports data loads and fixes issues as needed. • Develops complex PL/SQL components to generate business reports. • Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. • Expertise in MS Access database. • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Strong experience is Oracle and PL/SQL is required. • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
