Location: Grand Rapids, MI Contract: 6 + weeks The SAP Business Analyst handles multiple concurrent projects, service requests, and multiple support tickets for multiple business functions. They are accountable for configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining SAP systems to support business requirements for multiple business groups. They ensure that appropriate testing and documentation is completed for each project, and provide second tier Service Center support for supported business groups. Must haves: 1. Experience in as many as possible of the following modules (Production Planning (PP), Finance (FICO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), Procurement (MM) 2. Excellent analytical and communication skills 3. Complete understanding of computer systems validation concepts, change control procedures, and multiple modules of SAP Knowledge of both configuration and customization standards 4. Ability to read and interpret process flow documentation and translate this into configuration and customization requirements. 5. Ability to test programming and interfaces, and debug programs 6. The ability to identify the impact of process or data across more than one functional area or SAP module Nice to haves: 1.
