*Business Analyst – SL- up to $DOE/ per day* *Description* CRD is responsible for all of the account and legal entity data, as well as documents and contracts, leveraged across the Firm. Therefore, it is critical that this data meets certain quality standards. The Client Reference Data Quality team aims to deliver authoritative, accurate, timely, consistent and complete client reference data to the firm, enabling the management of data and data related issues to provide transparency and increase the quality of client and account data. Data quality issues related to client reference data could affect dependent Firm wide processes that may lead to settlement fails, misreported trade and financial regulatory reporting, inaccuracies in client asset segregation and gaps in AML monitoring. Client Reference Data is looking for a Business Analyst to support business and systems analysis for regulatory programs implementation. Core function: - Understand current MS Client Reference Data (CRD) systems and databases in-depth. Self, proactive investigation can be performed on available sources such as sharepoint information, and Database access. - Identify business issues and needs from clients / users for Client Reference data (CRD), analyze how those logically fit into MS CRD systems and propose for changes required. This includes both global and regional Regulations, details and priority and able to communicate with Compliance. - Understand current business process and propose future business process with solid documentation of flow-chart (e.g. MS Visio). Ensure application and database changes well fit with the proposed future business architecture and processes. - Document Business and Functional requirements based on the analysis performed. Functional requirement document includes detailed specification of validation logic, field type, business rules, error messages, and screen design. - Clearly communicate and ensure requirements are digested by developers and QA testers. - Provide support for QA and coordinate UAT testing. - Identify risks and issues and escalate necessary information to project members and stakeholders. - Fluency in English - both verbal and written, a must. - Experience with various regulatory programs, such as KYC/CIP, AML, Dodd-Frank, FATCA, MiFID, etc preferred but not required. *Qualifications* Project Management & Business Anaysis Experience Understanding of SDLC lifecycle Thanks & Regards; SAHITYA Astir IT Solutions, Inc.
