Web development in .Net and C#, web development in javascript, web
development using a database backend, web development and an Oracle
backend, good object oriented design and development, service oriented
architectures including WCF and SOAP or REST based web services, PI/SQL and
Oracle, MVC, the Entity Framework, Razor, JQuery and related .NET
technologies and frameworks, WPF for desktop application development,
leading code reviews, enforcing development standards, refining software
development and build processes and assisting with quality improvement
activities related to software development, agile development environment
similar to Scrum, gathering and documenting business and functional
requirements for complex web-based systems, performing complex business
task analysis to evaluate and document change requests, conducting peer
reviews to validate business and functional requirements, leading review
sessions to discuss draft documents and determine the appropriate
revisions, creating usability test plans, creating test scenarios and
testing scripts, documenting the results of usability testing, facilitating
sessions in which clients review usability testing results, woring with end
users in developing training plans to implement new web-based systems,
exper leel skills in MS project, MS excel, MLS word, MS PowerPoint, macros,
charting, developing solution architecture from business requirements,
information architecture and technical architecture, developoing business
process models, working with information architectures, verbal and written
communication with clients and technical staff in English, excellent verbal
and written communication skills, knowledge and understanding of the
Softwawre Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model
Integration (CMMI), knowledge and understanding of the IT Governance
Framework-COBIT and knowledge and understanding of Information Technology
Infrastructure Library
*Experience Required*
At least 10 years experience working in web development with .Net and C# At
least 10 years in web development w/ an Oracle backend database 5 years
experience as a software architect- developing solution architecture from
business requirements, information architecture and technical architecture
10 years of experience with web development in javascript 5 years
experience with PI/SQL and Oracle 10 years of experience with object
oriented design and development 3 years of experience with MVC, the Entity
Framework, Razor, JQuery and related .NET technologies and frameworks.
