Skill Sets: Required: Education Level: * Undergraduate Degree Oral Communication: * Excellent Written Communication: * Excellent Desired: Education Level: * Graduate Degree Request Notes: Position Name: SAP BASIS Administrator SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: * 5+ years working in role of a SAP Basis Administrator having demonstrated experience supporting production operations and maintenance of both SAP NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA systems * Knowledge of working on SAP ECC, BW, APO, CRM, Portal, Solution Manager etc POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * The primary responsibility of this role will be to work as hands-on administrator to maintain/support a global SAP environment including troubleshooting problems, escalating open issues, implementing solutions, monitoring of systems, prevention of outages, and optimize the system for maximum performance * Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems and risks to the environment. This may include working cross functionally with other technology teams, geographies and disciplines. * Responsible for developing and maintaining the technical details for SOPs (refresh, migrations, configuration, installs, etc.) and ensure are followed to maintain a viable system * Plan and participate into quarterly releases / infrastructure outages.
