Our client is seeking an *Senior Program Manager *in the* San Francisco, CA
or Los Angeles *area. This is a* long term Contract*.
*Project Summary:*

   - Responsible for successful delivery of the project to integrate a new
   credit card solution into the existing finance systems, working closely in
   a matrix management fashion across all aspects of Finance Technology, PMO
   and Finance Business unit.
   - The ideal candidate would have implemented Finance and Regulatory
   systems, especially PeopleSoft, HFM, DRM, OFSA A and Hyperion.


*Additional Responsibilities:*

   - Build strong relationships with leaders of the organizations to be
   able make recommendations which will ensure the system/application strategy
   aligns with Finance and the entire organization.
   - Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and
   proper escalation.
   - Review initial analysis done by systems personnel, assign and delegate
   projects to team members and monitor progress of assigned projects.
   - Participate and Initiate long-range strategic plan for business
   technology, including execution of plans.
   - Manage and develop partnerships and relationships with key internal
   customer and with peers in the field
   - Provide leadership in achieving organizational business objectives and
   department deliverables


*Major Responsibilities:*
90%- Financial Management Technology Leader
10%- Finance technology management project prioritization, resourcing,
reporting and communication

Typically 10+ years relevant consulting and/or industry and functional
experience

   - Schedule and run all phase reviews and program reviews
   - Track progress, report status and make necessary corrections to
   achieve all program goals
   - Manage complex, often global, stakeholder alignment and issue
   resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills
   - Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and
   proper escalation
   - Facilitate Core Team meetings and maintain master schedule.
   - Analyze and report actual performance vs. business case goals
   - Influence results through others
   - Work in a self-directed environment
