Oracle Techno-Functional OTC Chicago IL Hourly rate : $DOE/hr on c2c 10 Months Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Oracle Demantra PL/SQL Development Team and Culture Description: Oracle ERP forms the backbone of Supply Chain Operations. Oracle ERP enables order processing, Inventory management, Purchasing, Procurement, Accounts Receivables and many other functions with multiple user bases, connects to over 40 applications, has over 200+ integrations with the landscape and integrates with 6 factories. It provides one stop shop for all SC capabilities, serving all countries where does business - Europe, Asia, LA, North America. This ERP supports all capabilities as required to run B2B and Ecommerce business. As a team member supporting the IT and Business functions, the individual in this role will have a seat on the table with business - will analyze requirements, design and build options. This role will play significant role in taking Motorola's Supply Chain and Financials to greater scales. Scope of Responsibilities: - Candidate will work closely with other IT functions to produce a comprehensive solutions which is quality oriented, and sustainable. - Candidate will build additional functionality to augment business, build new capabilities across Order Management, Inventory, Accounts Receivables, and Supply Chain Business. - Candidate will analyze requirements to do technical design and develop code. Basic Qualifications: - Must have functional and technical skills of Oracle ERP R12. - Must have hands-on Oracle Programming experience especially in API, PL/SQL , Framework, Workflow and SQL/SQL PLUS. Must have 6+ years of outstanding experience in Oracle Ebusiness Suite experience in Order to Cash processes(Order Management, E-commerce,Inventory, BOM,Accounts Receivables, Shipping). - Experience with Supply Chain business functions. - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. - Must have experience with software development life-cycle (SDLC) methodologies including waterfall and agile approaches. Must be a thought leader, guide/mentor Motorolans and Contractors, possess a great workethic, positive attitude, great problem solving skills, and be an overall teamplayer. - Must be a seasoned professional having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering with over 6 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle ERP. Must have hands-on Oracle Programming experience especially in API, PL/SQL , Framework, Workflow and SQL/SQL PLUS.
