JOB TITLE: Testing Project Manager 8 months LOCATION: Lorain OH Project manager to join their team in Lorain OH for a 8 month assignment. The main focus will be supporting testing efforts on project assignments, pertaining to, planning, writing test plans, executing test scripts, and defect management. The candidate may also be assigned some project management assignment as needed. The candidate must be a team player and be able to work independently with limited direction. Responsibilities include: ? Validate reports that are being converted from MicroStrategy to Business Object ? Create and execute test plans on other web-based applications ? Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test cases/scripts ? Hands on execution of test cases ? Lead test plan and test case reviews ? Manage System and User Acceptance testing ? Maintain testing issues lists ? Track and report test progress ? Facilitate defect reviews and other testing meetings ? Advocate for the customer and quality ? Assume Project Manager assignments as required ? Ensure compliance with all client's processes. Candidate must possess: ? Strong experience with MicroStrategy and BusinessObject tools ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Prior experience using using JIRA, Confluence, and HPQC (HP ALM) ? Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment ? Experience in client server testing and intensive data validation ? 4+ years experience in testing including leading testing efforts for medium to large projects ?
