*Locals only - F2F must* Seeking candidates for a Technical Architect position with a strategic client in the Corporate and Investment Banking Industry in Jersey City, NJ. The scope of the project involves development services in the Derivative Clearing Domain. This includes new functionalities, regulatory projects and other enhancements. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business center in NY, near shore team and other stakeholders located globally. *Key Responsibilities:* • Work directly with Key Program Stakeholders to define architecture solutions that meet strategic business goals and requirements • Define reusable software components and SOA services • Analyze business requirements to design, architect, develop and implement highly efficient, highly maintainable and scalable system solutions that meets defined standards • Participate in design and solution architecture sessions with developers and business stakeholders • Participate in project and detailed task planning including effort estimation • Provide Technical Leadership and prepare comprehensive architecture diagram documentation as defined by the SDLC and ensure timely completion of assigned work • Collaborate with Release Management and Quality Assurance team to on board / migrate to the new architecture *Requirements for this Role:* • 8+ years’ experience in Java / J2EE and related technologies • Strong solution knowledge of Java Architecture • Experience with SOA Architecture design and implementation • Experience with ESB, BPM, BAM tools • Experience with Spring and Hibernate • Experience with Web services • Strong knowledge of SDLC including, waterfall and agile models of development • Strong experience in delivering PAD, Architecture diagrams • Ability to work in an agile environment, problem solve, and manage teams effectively • Ability to manage the end-to-end flow and communicate each teams role\part\deliverables\timelines\impacts • Global delivery experience a plus • Should be very good in communication and be able to work independently • Financial Services domain experience is required • General OTC derivative clearing knowledge is desired *ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED* • 8+ years experience in IT Technical Architecture • Java / J2EE • Good communication to interface with the client and Business IT teams • Experience designing and implementing SOA Architecture • Financial Services domain knowledge • Ability to resolve technical issues and to manage, coordinate and guide a project team The following skills are desirable for this opportunity: -Domain – Capital Markets, Clearing, Derivatives -Program Management *EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS* Bachelors Degree *SELLING POINTS* Program Management *Investment banking experience, Domain knowledge* Good communication -- *Thanks & Regards* *Subodh * *Param Consulting Services Inc.* 732-404-0411/0466 Ext 5562 | [email protected] | http://www.pcsionweb.com *Gtalk :* subodhparam
