FACE TO FACE REQUIRED* 84 months of experience in designing, building,maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange ina resource forest model with other disciplines such as Active Directory anddesktop, web and mobile clients with at least 12 months experience with Office 365 in hybrid modewith an on premises Exchange2010 or 2013 environment. 12 months of supportingMicrosoft Office 365 compliance controls such as DLP and RMS. 84 months of experience respondingto trouble tickets, analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving complex technicalproblems as they arise both in the on premises Exchange environment and in theOffice 365 tenant. 12 months of experience configuringand troubleshooting ExchangeOnline Protection (EOP). 84 months of experience installing,configuring, administering, reporting on and monitoring Microsoft Exchange /Office 365 systems and objects within the system using Exchange tools, remotePowerShell and other scripting languages and monitoring tools including but notlimited to MOM/SCOM. 60 months of experience administering,maintaining and troubleshooting the BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES)service, where at least 48 months is version 5.0 or higher 36 months of experience installing,configuring, administering and monitoring Exchange Active Sync services andproviding assistance with mobile devices. 72 months of experience scheduling,planning, and performing system upgrades, including testing, rollbackprocedures and risk analysis for email and all related services. 72months of experience working with companies or agencies to migrate mail systemsfrom Exchange 2003-2010, Novell GroupWise or Lotus Notes to a consolidatedMicrosoft Office 365/Exchange hybrid platform using integrated or 3rd partytools.
