Production support coordinator - 12 months , Memphis TN A minimum of 8 years experience in coordinating/manageing PeopleSoft Production Support activities with on- and off-shore teams; • A minimum of 10 years of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Functional system support/upgrade/implementation experience. • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ Experience with PeopleSoft Financials v 9.1 is a must. • Review ticket tracking system daily to ensure priority tickets are assigned and being worked on. • Prepare reports for management team to provide specific measurement on KPI's defined • Experienced, confident communicator who must be able to coordinate work with client as well as on and off-shore teams • Roll out experience is preferred.
