Please submit FTEs only.* Business Analyst with: Functional Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple disciplines to elicit business, data and functional requirements. Stakeholders include: Project manager, Service owners, IT infrastructure specialist , Service Management , IT Architects teams. Translate requirements into clearly defined and easily understood documents, including: project charters, use cases, process flows, data flows, business rules, wireframes, etc. Work closely with the development and implementation teams to ensure that the technology solution satisfies business requirements. Work with stakeholders to conduct training sessions / demos, and to develop manuals / user guides. Proactively update senior stakeholders on project progress, status and risks. Assist with troubleshooting and managing production issues when needed ============================================================================================================================================== Senior Business Analyst looking for strong senior business analysts. Analysts will be responsible for participating on business/functional teams as part of a larger project effort. Heavy client facing role Must have at least 5 years of previous business analysis experience.
