Their email environment consists of over 180,000 mailboxes and over 100 global servers located in regional data centers. The Exchange versions are a mix of Exchange 2003/2007/2010, with a goal of only Exchange 2010 by the end of the 2015. *Activities to be performed by the contractor include:* Contribute to ensuring the consistent end-to-end delivery of global Messaging Services to the business while meeting committed organizational SLOs/SLAs. Provide guidance to the lower level messaging support teams Perform global messaging system architecture design and management tasks. Perform preparation tasks such as testing and evaluation of hot fixes or Service Packs as required. Architecture design for Proof point spam management servers. Incident and Problem resolution: Support the appropriate 4th level incidents and problem escalations from the Level 3 teams. As requested: Assist in the development, specification and communication of Sanofi's email services plan Creation or modification of documentation.
