REQUIREMENT *eDataForce Consulting LLC* , a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks *Senior Application Developer with Manhattan Platform WMOS experience* for our preferred client in their irving ,TX location. *Description: We* are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual to join our IT organization as a *Senior Application Developer with Manhattan Platform WMOS experience. * ***This position would be responsible for reporting, data analysis, and maintenance of software systems.*** • Heavy communication (verbal and written) with system users, the business community and IT staff • Must be assertive self-starter with a “can do” attitude and excellent organizational skills • Proven resource in developing systems requirements, proposing best practices, designing and prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures. • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Manage own work to delivery according to deadlines and be accountable for delivery of work. • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; displaying problem resolution and support capabilities. • Gather functional requirements; perform functional setup and configuration, fit-gap analysis, go-live activities and production support. • Create/update functional specification documents. • Create test cases/scripts and perform unit and integration testing, while also supporting user testing. • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence • Experience in discerning true business requirements rather than wants • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs *Minimum Requirements* • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field • 5 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing packaged application software • 2 years of experience implementing\supporting Manhattan Platform Suite of offerings (WMOS\SCI\LMS\EEM\DOM\TMS\MIF) • 3 years of experience with data analysis, troubleshooting or developing complex PL\SQLin Oracle or related relational database • 2 years of experience implementing in Unix\Apache, Linux or Windows operating systems • 2 years of experience developing\troubleshooting Cognos10 or related BI tools • Average travel could be 20% per year and trend up to 50% for extended periods during project implementations * Additional Desired Skills and Experience* • Three to four years of work experience in retail or consumer product experience with supply chain exposure • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down processes into logical components and construct clear logic and analysis • Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with the ability to immediately contribute in a team environment • Energy and passion about serving clients, continual learning and personal resilience • Broad knowledge of end-to-end supply chain • Awareness of SDLC stages • IBM WebSphere administration and development experience • Experience developing reports in Jasper • Good working knowledge of Eclipse, J-Unit, Web Sphere and related Web Services *__________ Warm regards* *SAHITYA (TECHNICAL RECRUITER)* *eDataForce Consulting LLC* *Direct: 972.782.9889 * *Fax: 972.281.3328* *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *www.edataforce.com* <http://www.edataforce.com/> *Office Address: 4500 Fuller Drive, #125, Irving, TX 75038*
