Skills/Abilities:
• 7+ years experience supporting, deploying, and managing Microsoft desktop
environments
• Proven understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, Active
Directory and group policies,
• Expertise in PC hardware, related peripherals, and unique configurations
• Seasoned in providing 3rd tier desktop support –proficient in UNC,
PSTools, WMI and remote support knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self motivator, attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance
conflicting demands
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven understanding of SCCM 2007/2012 – navigation of console,
reporting, inventory, client center and right-click tools.
