· Hands-on Configuration & Support experience in following areas in Kronos Workforce Central 6.0 or above: · Workforce Scheduling, · Accruals, · Timecards, · Activities, · Attendance, · WIM - Able to demonstrate knowledge/examples of troubleshooting of Pay Rule, Accrual and Attendance configuration and support. - Knowledge of WDM including: Configuring device, device groups, communication, and troubleshooting device terminals. - Knowledge of Healthcare scheduling and pay practices · Strong communication & documentation skills - Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills.
