REQUIREMENT *C# **Technical Workflow Developer w/ Insurance Background * ยท *** Insurance background desirable*** The *Technical Workflow Developer* will design, build, test, deploy and maintain automated workflows using* MS Foundation tools and C#*. You will work with the business analyst, functional SMEs and tools specialists, to design the work flows and utilize the same resources to test and validate the workflows once implemented. This role requires a sound architectural background. *Essential Duties* ? Possess strong solution architecture background with sound knowledge in large scale integration projects ? Experience implementing third party products and integrating them with the rest of the ecosystem ? Strong organization and configuration management skills ? Experience in leading architecture solutions using technologies including but not limited to .NET/Microsoft Stack and related technologies ? Ability to present architecture concepts and design decisions to executives at right level ? Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion ? Facilitate sessions with various teams and provide application level architecture direction ? Anticipate performance issues in developing solutions ? Develop and modify mail merge templates in Microsoft Word *The Technical Workflow Developer must have:* ? 5-7 years of *C#/.NET* development experience ? 2-3 years of *workflow development* experience ? Experience with *Microsoft SQL Server and writing complex SQL Queries* ? Experience working on *Medium to Large Scale Implementation Projects* ? Sound prioritization, judgment and decision making abilities ? Able to work with *BA to decipher best way to automate a workflow* ? Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and align with the team to determine quick solutions ? Good written and oral communication skills in English ? Advanced user of Microsoft Word (Merge Fields, Formatting Syntax, etc.) ? Experience with testing and test plans ? BA/BS Degree ?
