Support the day by day (deployment on STMS, CTS+ and NWDI tracks), patching
(OS, SAP Security and Notes, DB), tuning (Earlywatch), monitoring (CCMS),
installs, updates (Support Packages and Kernel) and upgrades (Including
EHP) of SAP environments using SUM for HC and Non-Healthcare for systems
like EWM, ECC, PI, BW, WOE, NWDI, Webdispatchers, SLD, BOBJ, Willy, running
in SAP ABAP and SAP JAVA instances, as well as third party applications and
add-ons connected to our infrastructure Uperform, Aventx, Vertex, QMS,
Vistex, all this for validated environments running on the latest SAP
versions.
Duties:
1. Provide support / assistance for timely HDFS ticket resolution.
2. Provide support / assistance for user questions regarding
connections, performance, troubleshooting, batch process, background jobs,
backups, interfaces.
3. Review / support team inbox under SLA’s defined by the Basis
Manager
4. Provide the above support activities on a rotational schedule 24 *

Provide the above support activities on an on-call bases (scheduled).
Experience: 3-5 years fair technical skills in SAP technology as Basis;
trouble shooting skills for Database and OS related with the application;
available for weekend on-call tasks and support.
*Primary Skill: *
SAP Technology Administrators for ABAP and JAVA instances including BOBJ
technology, running on Windows servers and SQL 2008, 2012 Databases.
*Additional Skills: *
Intermediate: SQL. Basic: DMZ, VPN, Firewall, CSS, DNS GUI, Load Balancer,
IDOCS, EDI, SQVI
