Miamisburg, OH 2.Pittsburgh, PA First Side Center 3.Cleveland, Oh Cleveland ops* *Duration: 6 months* *Description:* Process Improvement Engineer III: Essential Function: Project Leadership –Leads process improvement projects within the department using lean and six sigma practices and tools. Determines required project participants and leads team members through use of applicable process improvement tools to identify root causes and potential solutions. Is a key participant on system upgrade projects and plans for impacts to production processes. Supports system testing activities as needed. Must Skill: 3 - 5 years related experience. Lean Fundamentals experience and Six Sigma Green Belt required. Formal process improvement certification (for ex.*, lean, six sigma) c*an be considered in lieu of education Knowledge of production environments is preferred; prior experience with managing projects using lean and six sigma tools required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. If dedicated to a Training function, strong training and coaching skills are required.
