Plz send me resume ASAP [email protected] *Title: Qlikview* *Location: Murrysville, PA* *Duration: 6 months+* *Rate: DOE* Job Summary, The Senior Pricing Analyst / Qlikview Developer supports the BIUs and markets, in order to increase BG financial margins and capture the full potential of their products and solutions. He/she supports the initial price positioning of a product/solution at launch and throughout its lifecycle to maximize pricing over the life of the product. The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for driving strategic pricing decisions by providing support to the Product Management team (through monitoring of price trends and price and cost analytics) to enable market growth and high value capture. *Position Functions or Responsibilities:* · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer will be responsible for developing and documenting the Qlikview solution according to specified business requirements. · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer will be responsible to build the data model and perform appropriate extract-transformation load (ETL) in support of the business requirements. · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer should be able to think outside the box and be a great problem solver. · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer should be able to read, interpret and recommend visual techniques of information dissemination. · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer should possess experience working with end users and be able to translate user speak into technical requirement and vice versa. · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer should be able to prototype and perform Qlikview demonstrations simultaneously. · The Analyst / Qlikview Developer will also serve as the Qlikview System Administrator. As Qlikview System Administrator he/she will be responsible for hardware, operating system, and job schedules. The system admin will ensure that ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) and/or OLEDB (Object Linking & Embedding Database) connectivity exists between Qlikview server, client and database systems. The system admin will also maintain necessary user ID and p/w for connectivity to the systems. · Superior knowledge of standard database tools, especially SQL Query writing, including relational and multidimensional database skills using SQL, Oracle, Sybase, MS Access. Must have at least 5-7 years’ experience in building and managing databases. · Good communication ,soft skills as the position requires to work with business closely. *SKILLS * ■ Excellent analytic skills to design, construct, and execute multiple complex analyses (e.g. regression analysis, scatter plot analysis) to facilitate the development and evaluation of pricing guidelines ■ Ability to position product/solutions to capture the economic value it creates for customers Strong ability to develop and interpret standard financial analyses (e.g. NPV, ROI, and break-even) to inform discussions with market groups, BIUs, and the BG marketing organizations ■ Ability to conduct root cause analyses, extrapolate insights and create actionable recommendations under short time frames, based on quantitative and qualitative fact finding (i.e., sample analysis, interviews) ■ Superior knowledge of standard tools, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for the development and communication of pricing guidelines ■ Good verbal and written communication skills to be able to convey the impact of monitoring and measured effectiveness of pricing initiatives to major stakeholders (BIU, BG) *Experience:* · 3-5+ years’ experience with implementing and Qlikview reports and vis · 3-5+ years’ experience designing & developing query & reports using in-memory data visualization programs Qlikview or Tableau is required. Experience in gathering requirement, server installation, migration, security management. Experience in developing Qlikview and QVD files. Experience as Qlikview Designer, Developer, User Interface Design, VBScript, Agile Development is desirable.
