The Technical Specialist provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. She/he analyzes, designs, codes, tests, corrects, and documents moderate to highly complex programs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with coding standards. Management Skills: Candidates must be able to work independently as well as actively within a team. Must be self-motivated, dependable, proactive, organized, communicate clearly both orally and written, is proficient in C# and Java, .Net WIN Form, SQL 2012, SQL 2012 spatial, esri and WEB based application development. Candidate will be expected to develop WEB based applications.
