Responsible for providing EHR helpdesk ticket support. 2. Responsible for EHR optimized workflow training. 3. Responsible for workflow optimization. 4. Responsible for EHR Super User and Clinical Staff weekly trainings. 5. Responsible for EHR project implementations (e.g. Locking Encounter Worflow Modification, new immunization initiative at Community Health Center, pending ePCS project, etc.). 6. Responsible for assisting in EHR testing and communicating the fixes/enhancements of the upgrade. 7. Responsible for working with NextGen on KBM upgrades. 8. Responsible for providing feasibility feedback on Change Control Board (CCB) requests. 9. Provide documentation. *Project Two:* EHR Analyst Role: 1. Responsible for maintaining the File Maintenance tables for EHR (e.g. Order tables, Diagnosis Categories table, Task Workgroups, etc.) 2. Responsible for configuration of the EHR (e.g. templates, picklists, lab tests, etc.). 3. Responsible for updating documents in Document Builder. 4. Responsible for resolving KBM template bug issues. 5. Provide documentation. *Project Three:* EDR Analyst: 1. Responsible for providing EDR helpdesk ticket support. 2. Responsible for implementation of approved EDR enhancement requests. 3. Project NG Report Developer: 4. Responsible for gathering and documenting NextGen report requirements. 5. Responsible for developing and maintaining NextGen reports. 6. Responsible for troubleshooting NextGen reports. 7. Provide documentation. *Deliverables for this task order will be:* - The creation of complex documentation to support training in all of these areas for the Application and Requirements Team. - Optimized Nextgen workflows for Programs that need them. - Onsite at least three days per week.
