Has experience in SAP data migrations, data governance, data quality assessment and SAP HR Data Expertise in HR business areas including SAP HR PA, OM Benefits, Compensation Management, Recruitment, Personnel Development, Training & Event Management and Time and Payroll related HR components. Experience of creating mapping documentation detailing fields and transformations from source and target systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to interpret data, pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and formulas within Microsoft Excel. Has experience of using any of these Data Migrations tools SAP HR – Winshuttle, LSMW.
