Ability to collect, translate, and document complete and effective requirements following all applicable standards. Strong understanding of data warehouse and data infrastructure concepts. Knowledge of mortgage industry or finance a plus. Ability to develop test cases and perform independent in-sprint acceptance testing. Can perform data validation/reconciliation using sources and targets. Demonstrates an ability to build an analysis approach, executes data analysis and document issue(s) in accordance with standards. Able to convert business requirements into data requirements and maintain data specifications. Demonstrated ability to read data models. Working knowledge of xml file structure. Agile scrum team experience a plus. *Tools:* Working understanding of data requirement tools (e.g. DOORs). Working knowledge of Rally and Cucumber a plus.
