Accountable for the design, strategy and execution of automated testing and
performance on the next generation web applications and Web Services.

Looking for a Testing Resource who has the skills to test and *MENTOR* our
Resources. Experience in testing new Development activities as well as
experience in Load and stress testing of existing applications.



 *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

 ·Responsible for automated testing with successful design, automation, and
execution of Selenium based testing framework.

·Responsible for creating and maintaining automation test plans and
scripting of automation scenarios.

·Responsible for Performance testing with successful design, automation,
and execution of Load Runner and web Performance testing tool.

·Responsible for performance analysis and capacity planning.

·Responsible for working with development and Infrastructure teams to
identify root cause of breakdowns and maintain system performance.

·Responsible for defect reporting, defect verification and metrics
collection/analysis.

·Responsible to conduct usage analysis studies of systems, analyzing data
and mapping for future growth

·Responsible to test all new hardware, configurations and applications
before release to production systems



* EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:*

 Required

 ·Undergraduate degree in computer science or related area of study.
Graduate degree in similar discipline is preferred

·*At least 7 year of experience in a senior QA testing role in testing Web
architectures.*

*·At least 3 year of experience in a senior testing role
using Selenium framework based automated testing.*

*·At least 3 year of experience in a senior testing role using Load
Runner and web Performance testing tool.*

·Experience with load model analysis and load model creation for load test
scenarios from available historical / analytical data.

·Experience in designing load models for meeting the future needs of
applications from existing load models.

·Experience in scripting of virtual user scripts in load runner and web
performance tester.

·Technical skills must include Automation Scripting, T-SQL, PL/SQL and XML
grammars & parsing

·Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills
