*Duration: Long Term Contract* · *4+ years of Project Management experience in Oracle IDM based projects is **MUST. * We are looking for a passionate Project Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customer’s projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of delivering on Persistent’s Statement of Works, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure “customer delight”. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. *Experience Required*: · 10+ years of project management experience · 2+ years of managing *Oracle IDM* based projects for external clients · PMI/PMP certified · Self-motivated, agile and assertive · Extremely detailed oriented and organized · Exceptional time management skills · Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Can shift readily between the “big picture” and the small but crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each. · BA/BS *Key Responsibilities*: · Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers · Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders · Develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals · Gather project metrics, reporting, and trend analysis · Identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis · Manage project scope by assessing requirements, managing requirement changes and conveying impact on budget, time, and risk · Manage client expectations, anticipate operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
