*Looking for PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant* Location: Bloomington, IL Duration: 6 months Rate: DOE *People soft Payroll Functional Consultant** ( 4 requirements)* Should have 3- 5 years of PeopleSoft Experience with a minimum of *2 years of Functional Experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management (including HRMS Security) is mandatory. * PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience. *Solid understanding of NA payroll tables, NA payroll cycle, processes and reporting.* Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Functional requirements and design. Should be able to demonstrate a very good functional understanding including process flows, configurations & setup of the modules handled Strong skills to understand existing implementation/setups in a short time work on functional aspects of incidents & propose accurate solutions. Ability to work independently and unsupervised in a dynamic and multi-project environment.
