Developer to participate in part 1 of the Colorado Department of Human
Services (CDHS) Health Data Interoperability Project, a multi-phase
project.   Contractor can expect to be engaged for up to 50% of this Part 1
project time line.

Developer will write or design applications or software packages by coding
instructions and algorithms into computer-readable form.

Experience in software design, development, installation, integration,
evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing and/or problem diagnosis/
resolution. As an analyst, confer with clients regarding the nature of the
business need or issue to be addressed.

Must have excellent abilities to effectively communicate technical
information to non-technical personnel, both orally and in writing.

Design, enhance, maintain/support databases, or coordinate work with
database administrator.



Contractor will fulfill all duties already defined here or found necessary
as part of the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) Health Data
Interoperability Project, a multi-phase project planned to execute over a
period of 5 years as stipulated by the federally funded plan already
approved.

The goals of the project include integration and cross-application
interoperability for data within all applications and services providing
health and wellness services to residents of the state of Colorado,
predictive analytics supporting proactive services decision support, and a
technical model which may extend the use of state health data to beneficial
services across the state (in accordance with all data-privacy and
compliance requirements).
