*Job Title : Microsoft MDS * *Location : Atlanta GA* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Interview : phone and Skype * *Job Requirement:* · Tier 2 support for Microsoft MDS (Master Data Service) application including investigation and resolution of common issues which have a documented SOP e.g. application restart, server reboot, switch node for job run etc. · Strong technical experience in Microsoft MDS, SSIS packages and experience working in production support model · Lead Root Cause analysis and document resolution. Work with Tier3 to drive the resolution for issues including data fixes · Prepare a Known Error Database and update on a consistent basis thus left shift resolutions from Tier 3 to Tier 2 · Manage user communications and downstream communication during outages/upgrades specific to MDS · Process incident ticket and Work Orders for Production fixes · Communicate back to Tier 1 for further notification/closure on issues · Software Upgrades for MDS in Prod environment & Admin activities including restarts for MDS · Publish weekly and monthly status reports · Co-ordinate with offshore support team to provide the guidance and clarifications for fixes/admin tasks/software upgrades *Ankush Nirala* *Boson Systems* *340 S Lemon Aven#6094* *Walnut, CA 91789* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Contact +1 (818) 665 7280*
