Managing Oracle EBS transformation/Separation/Divestiture programs.
Ø Professional expertise in managing large scale Business transformation
projects and migrations to ERP environments
Ø Collaborate with the program management office on reporting project
status, issues, risks and benefit
Ø Solid understanding of Oracle core modules/suites and the way modules
work together
Ø Managing Projects on-time and within budget
Ø Project schedule management, Scope management, Risk management and must
be able to drive multiple teams effectively
Ø Project stakeholder management and drive/conduct workshops, focused
sessions, management cadences as and when needed
Ø Strong Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and great
communication skills. Good to have
Ø Hands-on knowledge in Oracle EBS
Ø PMP certified
Ø Greater knowledge of the business side of IT
Ø Experience in Separation or Divestiture kind of IT programs
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Project Management in
Oracle EBS 2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
