Please Reply on :- [email protected] <[email protected]> *F2F interview mandatory * Job title: *Senior Business Analyst* Location: *San Ramon, CA* Duration: *6 Months * Requirements Required Experience: - Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience. - 5+ years of experience supporting the Software Development Life Cycle with detailed knowledge of analysis, testing, and quality assurance phases. - Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and management; familiarity with use case approach to requirements gathering. - Ability to create clear, concise, detail oriented test plans/cases and other test artifacts. - Ability to execute and evaluate functional test cases and report test results. - Participated in a system or new application implementation. - Ability to conduct workshops for cross-functional teams to map business processes; ability to clearly document business processes using MS Visio. - Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills both technical and business focused. - Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team. - Excellent customer service skills required. - Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints. - Experience with Access or SQL required.
