•* 2 Years Inside Sales e*xperience • Working knowledge of capital
equipment service contract sales • Ability to interact at many levels
within an organization, internal and external • Familiar with business law
terms and conditions with ability to recognize terms and conditions that
would put BD at risk • Excellent verbal and written skills

• *Proficient MS Excel skills required* • *Experience with Salesforce and
SAP an asset*

EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

*Responsibilities:*
• Follow-up with customers where a service contract renewal is pending •
Up-selling and close maintenance/service contracts for the US • Update
Salesforce with current stage, notes, etc • Work with Regional Service
Contract Administrators to identify likely customers to target • Work with
customers and BD management when non-standard terms and conditions are
required
