Highly skilled in creating strong visual presentations (PowerPoint, Viso, etc.) Strong presentation skills - presenting technical solutions to large teams and executive leaders Very strong soft skills – leadership – communication – facilitation – working with many different stakeholders with conflicting requirements and needs Must be flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment Must be able to handle volatile team with competing vendors and demanding stakeholders Must be a very fast learner Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders with demanding schedules Experience working with new forming teams to help implement processes is a plus *Responsibilities:* 10-15 years experience Creating technical architecture documentation from scope statements including but not limited to Context Diagrams, System Architecture Designs, System Design Documents, Technical Requirements Documents. Building out Proof of Concept applications to prove out technical recommendations. Building executive presentations to present technical solutions. Designing technical solutions end to end (from web front end to database). Must be able to successfully integrate in a team of Cast, Ciber and other 3rd party consultants to gather client or 3rd party teams to gather technical specs and create documentation. Must be outcome and results oriented and willing to be flexible with implementation approaches based on team strengths. Previous experience with theme park ticketing systems is required. Previous experience with Composite applications is a huge plus. *Technologies:* Java, JSF, JSP RESTFul Web Services JDBC, SQL Spring, SpringBoot Hibernate / JPA /SpringData Oracle mySQL JMS Tomcat Apache CXF Familiar with unix NodeJS (Grunt, Bower etc).
